- Promote various destinations for Medical Tourism: We promoted destinations (such as India, Turkey, UAE) by bringing all stake holders of Medical Value Travel Business together. This is achieved by going into new geographies from where the destinations do not get much business traditionally. The focused activities to generate new business include road shows, exhibitions and participating in the destination shows as a city or country instead of individual entities.
- Bringing the Industry together: This not only includes bringing Hospitals and MVT players together but also to bring inputs from government departments, pharmaceutical companies, medical equipment companies, accreditation institutions such as JCI, NABH, TEMOS and Travel companies together.
- Bringing standardization: Over a period of time, bring a process and universal standard approach into business by sharing best practices and bringing harmony between the healthcare companies. The goal is to showcase a particular destination and increase business — this distinction can be built by quality and process.
- Support Government Initiatives and Policy making: Sharing combined market presence and intelligence to help governments grow revenue earning as a nation and build the international credibility of countries' healthcare system — showcasing employment, commercial and diplomatic opportunities through the Medical Value Travel business.
- Skill Development: Addressing the issue of trained manpower for International Business by assisting group members to train their staff and hire trained manpower, and involving those already in the business in higher training programs.
- Data Bank Creation: Creating a data bank over time, with the consensus of group members, to help the whole industry focus resources on the right markets, marketing tools and finances.
